- I’m 5’10
- I work in real estate
- I’m passionate about music – I’m learning how to play the bass guitar
- I love spending time with those closest to me
- I love educating people about all things sickle cell
- & I have sickle cell myself… sickle cell anaemia (SS) to be specific

To our members here, my name is Kevin Schaefer. I don’t have sickle cell, but I work for this site’s parent company, and I help manage these forums. I live in North Carolina, and I’m a big movie buff and bookworm. Looking forward to seeing this community grow!
