What’s your favourite home exercise?
Lately, I have been trying to stay active and fit at home given the current situation with the lockdown. I have managed to find a very good workout on YouTube by a woman called Chloe Ting. She is very popular in the UK and her exercises are very challenge and fun. If you are looking for something fun that is challenging I would definitely recommend you give some of her challenges a go.
