My husband of 15 years has SCD. My experiences with him having SCD has given me a passion for learning as much as I can about it and to be the best advocate for him. I also spent years living in Uganda  and am still connected to many with SCD. I love sharing information, experiences and supporting anyone who has SCD in their life in one way or another. It’s key to stay connected with people who also have the same passion and goal to continue learning and sharing about SC and supporting one another.
