I’m 67 years old, soon to be 68.  I’m originally from the East Coast, but now live in Southern California, and I love it here — especially the weather!  I’m an active senior and an avid reader.  I have had  wonderful long stretches of vibrant life, and now in a long stretch of  significant challenges.  I continue to move towards positive mental attitudes, along with evolving self-care.
