  What is in your emergency hospital bag?

  On occasions where I experience a really bad crisis, 10/10 pain level, I call the ambulance, a family member or a friend to take me to the hospital.

  I know that once I get to the hospital I would be admitted for at least a few days so before I leave for the hospital, I pack a bag full of my essentials which are as follows:

  • Hot water bottle
  • Reuseable water bottle
  • Medicine
  • Multiple changes of clothes
  • Toiletries
  • Gadgets, chargers, earphones – Phone, laptop, watch
  • Slippers
  • Snacks
