I am 66 year old and was diagnosed with Hemoglobin SC at 62 years old. I live in Fl and had flown to Vegas where I experience my first major crises. The flight and high attitude triggered the crises and my diagnosis. I had experienced random pains throughout my life but never knew why  so it made sense once I was diagnosed.
