Hello Im resilient and a solder surviving Sickle cell disease daily. I have extensive experience and knowledge in advocating for scd.  I have been in newspaper articles, radio host, advocacy panels, and a member of many sickle cell organizations. I strongly believe that when your taught at an early age to advocate for yourself you become impowered and you are seen as a person, respected and have a strong voice in being proactive in your health care services and needs. I am passionate in advocating for the Sickle Cell Community and hope that more people living with scd will learn to advocate in your their voices to change the narrative regarding treatment for those living, thriving, and surviving scd in the future.
