  What are your thoughts on Hydroxycarbamide (AKA Hydrea/Hydroxyurea)?

  This medication was initially used for cancer patients, however it has proven to be beneficial for sickle cell patients too.

  I still hear a few mixed reviews about its effectiveness, so I’d love to know how you feel about it.
