Positive Affirmations
Research shows that positive affirmations lead to positive thinking, and positive thinking leads to a better psychological and physical well-being. This week I want us to say 3 positive things each day.
My affirmations are:
- “I will accomplish anything I set my mind to, sickle cell will not hold me back”
- “I will make good use of my time and energy.”
- “I will focus on the positive”
