  • What are your go to foods when you have a crisis?

Posted by Tito Oye on September 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm

Whenever I have a crisis and consequently is bed-bound, my appetite goes out the window. So those around me buy me bags full of my favourite snacks to encourage me to eat. These being Pringles, Lucozade Sport, Chocolate chip brioche, Hula Hoops, and Chinese take-out.

    How about you?

For breakfast -: bread, scramble egg avocado with freshly squeezed orange( if it ain’t freshly squeezed it isn’t passing my throat)

For lunch & dinner -: fish/meat pepper soup and yam with palm oil. Anything from this I will not eat it.

Is it because you lose your appetite or another reason?
