    Can someone with sickle cell still experience pain although their hemoglobin is

    Hello everyone,
    I have Sickle Cell, I live in Canada and I am 20 years old, I’ve had pretty bad complications in the past and I’m pretty scared of the unknown with this disease anyway… I will experience really bad pain that’s very uncomfortable to my entire body and I’ll go to the hospital and my doctors will administer pain medication and send me home because my hemoglobin is at a good level… this has been an endless cycle for me.

    ANYWAY, can I still experience pain from my sickle cell even though I am not in pain? Please explain someone please help me out here I’m tired.
