  SIckle Cell Crisis happening very often

  Hi, hoping you all doing well I would like to know if any of you experience SC episodes really often I am having them every 3 to 4 weeks and I wasn’t like this before I don’t think I have change anything I still take care of myself like I do but this is not letting me live I do not know how to control it or make it better I wish I could have more time in between the episodes if any of you have any advice maybe some experience on this topic I would like to know.
