    When it comes to looking after ourselves, consistency plays a big part. There are a lot of habits that we need to take on to ensure that we are as healthy as we can be. For example, we need to be consistent with our hydration, moderate exercise, using medication…the list goes on.

    What do you do to encourage consistency?
