Were your parents aware that they carried the sickle cell trait?

My parents both know that they were carriers, and they tested me for sickle cell while I was in the womb.
Did your parents know their genotype?

If you don’t mind me asking, do any of your siblings have sickle cell too?

Do you know what age you were diagnosed?
