Being able to control our triggers while working is so important. When I had a role that required me to go to an office more frequently, I had to make adjustments to my working environment to reduce the chance of me having a crisis. To do this, I often filled up a hot water bottle, used a blanket at my desk, used a mini heater if I was too cold and I took breaks when the workload was becoming too stressful.
