Do those around you know you have sickle cell?
For the majority of my life, people only knew about my health if they needed to know. I was never encouraged to share bout my life with sickle cell.
I know a lot of people are in similar positions, and this can be for a range of different reasons.
Do those around you know you have sickle cell or is it strictly on a need to know basis?

Before long time people just know that i’m sick, then later i thought it’s better to explain my sickness so people should know even few information about our sick because i see so many people doesn’t even know about SCD, so people can feel with us and give a support.

When you explained SCD to other people, how do they usually react or respond to the information?

recently most of new people i know they have no idea about SCD when they hear about it they said that no idea about it i just little explain the basic spot for SCD.
