    Sickle cell tends to take more of a toll on the body as one gets older, so adopting healthy habits such as eating correctly, drinking water regularly, or even getting 30 minutes of exercise daily could do wonders to ensure your body is in the best position to tackle the strain caused by sickle cell.

    What measures have you taken to make sure your body is as healthy as possible?

    I recently started Insanity which is an at home workout and it is as insane as the name implies. So far I have been doing it for 32 days straight and I am trying to complete the entire 9 week program. It has helped me create a good routine which has been working quite well for me
