    Sickle cell comes with a lot of day-to-day challenges. However, with gradual changes to our behavior and actions, steps can be taken that will result in improvements to one’s overall health, both physically and mentally.

    In his latest column, Dunstan gives examples of some of the habits he has recently picked up and is now in a better position since doing so.

    It is a very encouraging read and I would love to know what you think.
