• Moving to a warmer climate

Have you ever moved, or considered moving, to a different area with a warmer climate to help with managing sickle cell?

Being exposed to cold temperatures is a common trigger of a sickle cell crisis and some people reduce this occurrence by moving to warmer areas…what are your thoughts on this?

Nice! During the colder months do you feel like you are still triggered by the cold or is it not that bad?
