    Getting a good amount of rest is essential to give us enough energy for the day ahead. It also helps to minimise the effects of fatigue.

    How much sleep do you get each night?

    I’m suffering with this point because I’m not sleeping well, usually sleep about 6 hours and sometimes less, this make me too much tired next day,
