  • A Good Night’s Sleep

    Do you have any tips for getting a good night’s sleep?

    I have an Apple Watch and I downloaded an app that allows me to track my sleep. In my case, it was highlighted that I have a better sleep if I workout during the day, and I must admit, I do feel more refreshed when I workout.

    Is there anything that you do that helps you sleep better?

    yes, it’s very important to stop all electronic devices before 3 hours of sleep time and eat lightly.
