    We all have goals for ourselves and things that we want to improve on.

    Whether that is eating more veggies, exercising more, or simply taking more breaks during the day.

    I am definitely guilty of becoming so busy during the day that I sometimes forget to have breakfast/lunch. This is something I am working on.

    What is that one thing that you know you should be doing more of?

    Breakfast @Michael is the most important meal of the day because it’s the starting power of your body engine, for me sleep is the most thing I really want doing more, my sleep rate is not enough its only 5 to 6 hours maximum during work days, I’m sure I need more because I feel tired most of the time.

    I am trying this year to be way more consistent with my eating schedule. I tend to miss breakfast also and eat much later than I should in all honesty. @virus  similar to you, I’d like to get more sleep during the week as I also get fatigued.
