For me physical activity is very painful i stopped all my activities because my both hips are damage and need for replacement ASAP, but still going on light walking even its painful for me i can’t stop walk at least 10 mints daily.

For me @michael-quadri I’m not talent in anything really but i have too much Hoppies like swimming, playing basketball unfortunately i can’t play anything now because i have problems with my both hips it’s very hard to play physical hobbies now, but i like historical exploration, tracking the new technology, and more of world exploration.

This is my worries to see one of my kids suffering like me, i know it’s so hard but sure i have to be strong beside them, this is life and this is what we learn from it, we have to be strong even we are broken from inside.

Yes @tito-oye i have to do these steps every cold season otherwise i will face crisis attack all the cold season, cold is my archenemy, @michael-quadri seems it’s a hard time in Europe area this season i feel that hope god helps you really, for me all my heaters is electric, sure my bill will be high but thanx god still covered by my budget but i have no choice i have to be warm all winter season.

Sure, For me @michael-quadri the heaters should be at all rooms in home and working continuously especially in dining and bedroom even in bathroom I have heater, to make all home warm. with respect to carpets @tito-oye i have a fix carpets in all home but its thin not think because the heaters is always running.

Actually, my work is taking the biggest time of my life and in weekends just for sleeeeeep hehehehehe, physical sports make me too much tiered and painful that because I can’t do any hard sports but lite walking is good enough for me.

no @Michael i didn’t get back because i have no business there but i pass through france in same time of my training course period to visit my sister she lives in paris that time, also france was cold in that time month of february.

Usually @Tito I’m spending all my time with my family in Lebanon as we always go out to the nature like camping beside the river making BarBQ or fresh fish some of fresh fruits mmm yummy really, it’s very nice life in nature you have to try it.

In My country @Tito in Lebanon there is beautiful mountains hills and valleys in addition the sand and rock beaches also rivers its very nice nature country also the weather is very calm.

In case of hard Crisis I wish to drive me emergency, in normal cases just need for emotional support.

For me I hate the emergency room because the procedure take too much time and I’m in the middle of crisis, what would say to quickly verify the SCD patients and directly proceed the routine procedure for the patients and no need to wait too much time.

Usually @Michael I’m living in warm and hot area I hate cold such as Europe area almost cold all the year just now exception I knew that is hot everywhere in Europe I don’t like to say hate it but hate to live in that area, the coldest area that I lived in is Augsburg in Germany I think in that time the temperature was -12 Celsius degree I was in taring curse with my company team, I almost spent all my time in hotel beside the heater hehehehe, Moring time in the training hours after that back to hotel, I wished that time to get outside with my friends but it was too much cold in that time, that because I stay in hotel all the time until the training curse finished almost one month.

In my priority my medication especially my pain killer, light jacket and sure water bottle in my hand.
